Our company has the largest yield in the country, and one of the largest in the world. The determinant factor to say whether or not a process is efficient is to observe the STARCH CONTENT of the corn used in the production of ethanol. In the graph it is possible to observe the yields obtained by our company process according to the maize starch content used as raw material. Processes that can not get these returns are LESS EFFICIENT. Our technology has several differentials, the main one being the LOW PROPAGATION TIME AND FERMENTATION (36 hours), which generates a much greater efficiency. Compared to American processes, our technology has a higher yield, uses a smaller volume of tanks, and generates less losses, resulting in a LARGER GLOBAL EFFICIENCY. In addition, our processes generates LESS STEAM CONSUMPTION, producing more ethanol at a lower cost.
